Pini Parma offers a straightforward return process within 14 days of delivery to ensure your complete satisfaction with our Italian craftsmanship. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included, and securely seal the box.

  Ship the Items

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
